职位描述：

Duties and Task Statements:

? Ensures process compliance through the development of simple yet comprehensive procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other process related documentation.

? Compiles data to monitor effectiveness of Internal Audit Program and Corrective and Preventive actions (CAPA) Program.

? Responsible to monitor Quality System Maintenance in supplier place.

? Establish related documents, procedures, work instruction, and forms

? Lead training (ISO Quality System, Auditing, etc.) of personnel.

? Responsible for auditing procedures, processes and corrective actions.

? Will take the lead in special projects as requested

? Assist in Supplier Qualifications

? Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventative actions.

? Manage supplier’s performance and conduct audits

? Assist in the preparation of QA reports and metrics.

? Assure that all Quality aspects and customer quality expectations are being satisfied in all facets of manufacturing process steps and identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities.

? Lead/Assist in External Audits by customers or regulatory bodies

? Travel as required Formal Interaction with others: Be able to effectively interact with cross functional members, as well as all areas of the Company. Communicates with the all engineering, operation and sourcing team,

Requirements: Skills,Education & Qualification

? Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing or trading field and 5 years or above experience

? Strong validation experience is a plus

? Understanding/working knowledge of ISO9001

? Previous auditing experience is preferred.

? Strong in statistical data analysis.

? Certified auditor.

? Systematic approach to problem solving and continuous improvements

? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

? Possess excellent communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.

? Willing to travel 80% of the time
