-室内设计相关专业大专或本科以上学历，有两年或以上设计公司工作经验；
-参与过大型工装项目，有落成项目经验，能独立完成中度难度系数的项目，能独立细化样板间项目；
-有一定的职业追求，对工作认真负责，勤奋踏实，谦虚好学；
-有熟练的CAD技能，对施工工艺有一定的概念，了解施工流程、项目流程、对材料有一定的认识、会使用SU、PS及Office软件。
