职位描述：
Certification Engineer


Responsibilities:

Ensure that certification process is executed in accordance with the relevant requirements and quality systems. Management of regulatory certification work over the product life cycle, from development to in-market phase
Member of the Bellman and Symfon Quality Team, reporting to the Quality Manager
Position located in Guangzhou, China
Review and approval of regulatory product certification documentation
Follow country specific certifications and type approvals CE/ FCC/ IC/ RCM/ PSE/ UL/ ULC/ GS/ 3C including the updates.
FCC conformance assessment, signing Declaration of conformance, FCC/IC submissions.
Certification change review and approvals.
Operative management of market surveillance cases
Status of certified products
Input to certification databases
Certification training
Be the main interface for regulatory certification
Collaborate with test laboratories - provide necessary input for test execution, prioritize products etc.
Certification documentation, change management and conformance assessment
Error and risk management
Build visibility on certification status (e.g. timeline, changes, risks) to relevant stakeholders and acquire certificates in timely manner



QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in electronics, electrical or hardware engineering or related discipline.
Typically, 3+ years relevant experience.
Good understanding of consumer electronics development, electronic circuits, certification and testing.
Experience with specific certificates like Li-ion battery, DC adaptor etc.
Certification scheduling, prioritising certification submissions, testing interface with certification labs and internal stakeholders
Understanding of regulatory requirements and rules
Understanding product creation in general and product certification specifically
Certification processes
Project management
Understanding ISO 9001
Familiar with Quality tools & methods, basic summary and presenting skills.
Self-motivated, with own initiatives, work independently, willing to work flexible hours and team player with communication skills.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
