职位描述：
Position Essential Responsibilities:
- Leading China Quality Team to perform Factory Audit/Tests/Inspection and also other tasks that have been required by the company. Submits reports with accurate information as result of the work.
- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Coordinate and participate factory inspections with 3rd party.
- Have a strong knowledge regarding mobile phone design and production. Able to make general evaluation of mobile phone products, including structural analysis, hardware analysis and other quality related evaluation.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish efficient channel between supplier and Mexico.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree on areas as: Electronic Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and other Engineer related major.
- VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE in the Mobile Phone Manufacture field. Knowledge and experience in the Mexican or Latin American Market requirements for Mobile Phone technology. Previous experience of quality field is required.

- English is a must: Strong oral and written communication. Spanish language will be a plus.
- Prefered previous experience in position of PM ,SW and HW, or at least testing
- Willingness to travel is required.
