职位描述：
Purpose of this role (Based in Hong Kong):
The post holder is expected to lead workshops and discovery sessions with potential clients and support on the ramp-up of extensive and complex e-commerce projects.

This role performs duties as below:
Understand customer activity, business and process and help customer to define their business needs and objectives.
Understand the e-commerce solutions’ ability and limitation to help customer to refine their requirements according to technical complexity.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
Make sure the project objectives are clearly defined and realistic, and communicated to the internal team.
Advice customer on the best practice related to e-commerce process, workflow and functions
Follow-up on the project delivery with Project manager to make sure the delivered work is according to Project objectives.

This role has to have / has to be:
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
In-depth experience in e-commerce projects Magento and/or Demandware
Experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in implementing projects as Project Manager including user acceptance testing, launch, and post Go-Live maintenance
Knowledge of either e-commerce platforms –Magento, Hybris, Demandware (process, workflow, functions)
Good command of written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead functional workshops and project discussions with clients.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish a good relationship with clients.
