职位描述：
1. Accountable for assisting on business development projects, business evaluation & analysis, markets / feasibility studies relating to company’s directions;
2. Provide strong analytical support and business development plan;
3. Develop market research, main competitor analysis report to better support management decision making;
4. Formulate and implement strategies that help organization to grow organically and achieve financial goals;
5. Responsible for commercial due diligences and transactions restructuring for business development advisory projects;
6. Provide plan and execution of special projects strategies to identify problems and recommend solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Management major will be an advantage
2. Minimum 1 years of relevant business development experience
3. Have strong strategic mindset and business acumen
4. Strong presentation and communication skills
5. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and under pressure
6. Sensitivity to confidentiality
7. Excellent command of written and spoken English
8. Computer skills are a must – presentation software such as PowerPoint; excel; WORD 举报 分享
