Position Overview:

Sonos China is searching for a music lover who is an energetic financial role in China Finance team. The right person will be passionate about working for a company that lives its brand and delivers on its promise to create the ultimate home music experience. Over the past few years Sonos has experienced very high growth and with paid streaming services growing >100%, Sonos is in a great position to capitalize on this opportunity.

We are looking for a strong team player with a lot of passion and energy who is excited to get deep into improving accounting operations, financial planning and analysis, and intensify US GAAP reporting under corporate guidelines.
This key position will directly report to China Finance Head and locate in Beijing office meanwhile take care of Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen operations.

Success:
Responsible for overall Financial reporting package under GAAP for the China operations of the WOFE and branch offices
Ensure regular basis (monthly and quarterly) Balance sheet reconciliation in line with Global approach and result true and reliable
Ensure reporting quality and continuous improvement of Accounting and data processing system under Corporate Accounting guidelines
local statutory reports and GAAP reporting reconciliation for Group tax purpose
Assist Finance Head with business plan and budgeting, and rolling forecasting
Support China region business development by providing solid analyses that consistent with Global and/or regional approach.

What it Takes:
Finance, Accounting or related education background, at least obtained B.S degree
CICPA, AICPA or any other equivalent qualifications will be privilege.
At least 8 years of related experience
Public firm (Big4 ) will be a plus
Technology and/or Consumer Electronics industry with MNC experience a plus
Have good understanding of local tax and accounting regulations and standard processes in China, including familiarity with import/export administration and record-keeping, VAT administration, and all other locally required filings
Strong business sense and analytical skills
US GAAP knowledge would be must
Advanced Excel skills, including ability to query and analyze large datasets required
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with co-workers around the global and outside professionals
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of mid-range ERP systems (Great Plains a plus) as well as MS Office applications (including all aspects of Outlook)
