Job description:
? Report to VP of China Sales.
? Manage Shenzhen office admin
? Assistant to VP of Sales:
           * Weekly forecast and management report
           * Sales administration action follow up with China Sales team
? Assist Marcom in
           * Co-operation with Marcom & local vendor for customer gift ordering & delivery
           * Support the exhibition in China
           * Organization the FAE training
? Handle yearly hotel contract renewal in China- negotiate with hotel for budget saving
? Co-operate with HR to arrange annual team buildings
? Co-operate with AIAL to manage corporate Original Business License, Original Organization Code Certificate.. renew and management
? Arrange senior level visitor logistic (Hotel, pickup)

Qualification:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related subjects
? At least 5 years of relevant experience
? Experience in dealing with outside vendors, negotiating agreements
? Analytical skills, ability to create spread sheets and provide an analysis
? Ability to work proactively and independently
? Extensive use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as email
