Essential Functions of the Job:

? This position conducts investigations across Asia regions and is expected to deliver quality investigative reports within given time frames.

? Responsibility to manage the timely implementation of anti-corruption CAP and trainings at suppliers / factories and third party audit / inspection firms on global basis.

? The position conducts compliance reviews and audits of factories / suppliers and recommends changes in business practices / behaviors at the factory / supplier level to meet anti-corruption compliance requirements.

? Manage a team to implement anti-corruption and fraud prevention measures using AFCE requirements as a guide to encourage and change behaviors at the supplier and factory level related to corruption in the supply chain.

? Works closely with senior leaders to develop corrective action plans for suppliers / factories and third party audit/inspection firms deemed to have deficient anti-corruption programs.

? Work closely with cross functional shared services peers within Global Sourcing and with Walmart merchandisers.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

Operations

? Manages the field operations of the anti-corruption program with suppliers/factories and third party audit / inspection firms.

? Participates with Director and the Sr. Director of Global Security Operations in designing and implementing anti-corruption trainings for associates and suppliers/factories.

? Work with Global Sourcing, Ethical Sourcing, QA, QC, SCS, and Corporate Ethics to develop appropriate training tools and measurements for anti-corruption team and suppliers/factories.

? Through the use of audits ensures integration of anti-corruption measures by suppliers, factories, third party audit/inspection vendors.

? Makes recommendations to factories/suppliers, and audit/inspection vendors when anti-corruption deficiencies are uncovered.

? Enhances cross functional partnerships via regular senior level communication and the creation of anti-corruption compliance metrics for Global Sourcing merchandising and shared services teams.

? This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement business process changes identified as a result of completed investigations of corruption related allegations .

? The associate will travel internationally as required
