职位描述：
工作职责
? Design and develop solutions for (medium/high) complex tasks with high technical and functional quality including the necessary documentation
? Local first point of contact for the developers for technical matters
? Advise ABAP developers on best practice and solution design
? Provide SAP/ABAP technical expertise to other team members
? Provide coaching in technical questions to other developers
? Coordinate and support for tasks assigned to a group of developers
o Ownership of technical design and implementation.
o Make sure that the actions assigned to the resources are clearly understood and completed with good quality.
o Timely escalation issues to the Offshore Coordinator when problems are identified.
? Review requirements and provide work estimates based on the FS
? Ensure that the existing standards are followed in the software development cycle and help defining new quality standards
? Support technical interview with new candidates.

任职资格
? Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience
? At least two years experience in each of the SAP modules SD & MM
? At least 5 years experience in ABAP development working as a member of a global team
? Working systematically and in High Quality.
? Strong skills in customizing and developing ABAP solutions for SAP modules SD/MM
? Knowledge of Project Management methodology and tools
? Ability to adapt and apply rapidly changing technology to business needs
? Ability to work with minimum supervision, taking the initiative in contacting internal customers and co-workers at overseas
? Excellent team player, self-motivated, responsible, customer-oriented, strong work ethics, cultural awareness and interpersonal skills
