职位描述：
主要职责：
1、客户背景资料收集：销售产品系列、经营方式、信用、发展情况、联系方式、联系人等。
2、客户的管理与维护:新客户的开发；老客户的维护，良好互动关系的建立、维护；
3、销售业务处理：客户要求的沟通、协调、联系、确认；客户的询价、报价；议价、报价并呈报审批签订合同；
4、跟单及出货安排： 订单进度的跟踪；进度异常的反馈、沟通与协调；出货相关事务的处理；体积核算；
5、客诉处理；
6、上级交办事项的处理。
任职资格：
1、国际贸易专业大专以上，英语六级以上；
2、熟悉国际贸易业务，英语听说写能力好，善于沟通，具一定的谈判技巧，工作细致，条理清晰，熟练使用办公软件；
3、从事国际贸易两年以上。
