Job Summary: Join the MPS Marketing team and lead our significant digital marketing investment in China. Our team is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about online advertising, analytics, and driving measurable results at a large scale. As an expert with data and technology, you will launch, test, optimize, and scale global marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption and sales. We are a fun, fast moving team that will give you an opportunity to use your experience across all digital channels plus learn new things from experienced team members.
Responsibilities & Basic Requirements
? 3-5 years of demonstrated and progressive success, with broad, multi-channel experience in display advertising, online marketing, search marketing (SEO, SEM) and email.
? Demonstrated ability using CRM and Marketing Automation to engage current customers and drive acquisition of new customers.
? Effectively uses website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe (Omniture)) to gain actionable insight and executes on discovered opportunities.
? Generate break-through analytical insights that drive significant response improvement, CPA efficiencies, and revenue improvement.
? Leverage datasets to identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities.
? Success building and optimizing Google AdWords & Baidu Paid Search campaigns
? Drive SEO strategy and implementation.
? Success developing and measuring AB and multivariate tests on messaging, landing pages, images etc. to optimize, improve the customer experience and customer lifecycle.
? Analyze performance and optimize based on acquisition, engagement and retention goals
? Extremely analytical person who is comfortable working with large sets of data, knows how to determine statistical significance and draw insights from data reports.
? Map the customer journey, identify KPIs and create a cohesive usage narrative by directing the creation of engaging, persuasive programs across customer profiles.
Preferred Requirements
? BA/BS degree in engineering, economics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field. Advanced degree in related field preferred.
? Strong SQL or similar data skills required.
? Advanced Excel with ability to manipulate data to perform both high level and more granular analysis.
? Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
? Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
Job Title:Senior Software Engineer
软件工程师可以放杭州、上海、成都，懂非微软技术，常用javasript、asp.net、visual studio等常用语言，有web应用经验，了解从大框架，写代码到测试等各流程。英语口语流畅，薪酬30~40W/Y不等

Qualifications and Skills
? 5+ years of success developing servlet-based web applications and/or PHP based web applications.
? 4+ years experience using JavaScript, JQuery, and various other JavaScript libraries.
? In-depth understanding of how to architect a software solution using various frameworks and the technologies mentioned above.
? Experience using LAMP-based web application frameworks.
? In-depth understanding of full software development process including requirements gathering, feature and task prioritization, source code management, automated unit and functional testing, build, and deployment.
? Experience with source code control technologies such as git, perforce, etc.
? Experience with build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Maven, etc.
? Ability to communicate and guide less experienced members of your team.
? Understanding of web application development using Visual Studio ASP.NET, C#, ASP.NET Web Forms and/or ASP.NET MVC a plus.
? Understanding of development of Windows desktop applications using Visual Studio Win32 and .NET using C# a plus.
? Fluent in written and spoken English

? Work with website development to integration Simulation application functionality into our LAMP-based e-commerce website.
? Work with team to develop Windows-based semi-conductor simulation applications for various MPS products.
? Provide technical leadership to other members of development team.
? Institute best practices and processes for existing and new software project. (i.e. source code control, automated testing, build, deployment, etc.
