POSITION: Sourcing Specialist (B2B)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sourcing Specialist (B2B) is responsible for ensuring success on all aspects of production for B2B projects, including, but not limited to: initial product specification, finding & qualifying suitable factories, pricing negotiations, project management, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Chinese and English, has experience sourcing and delivering projects in the manufacturing sector, is highly analytical, and is able to drive projects independently.

RESPONSIBILITIE(S):

· Responsible for driving B2B initiatives to completion

· Works closely with our US B2B Sales Team, with regular meetings every morning and night with the Head of Business Development

· Provides guidance and recommendations to the B2B team in defining project specifications

· Finds and qualifies new factories for procurement

· In charge of all factory negotiations for B2B projects including pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and delivery

· Responsible for ensuring timelines are met

Experience, Skills sets and Personalities:

• Required language(s): Chinese – Fluent, English – Business level.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or have minimum 3 years working experience, with minimum 1 years in a sourcing role.
• The highest level of integrity and honesty is required for this position
• Incredible work-ethic and communication skills are a must have
• Able to think critically to solve problems without guidance
• Able to independently identify potential issues before they happen
• Proactive personality that doesn’t wait to act – must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Able to drive high-risk projects to completion successfully
