l Ensure all origins deliver accurate, timely, and complete information to the ultimate customers. The Regional Control Tower will provide operations as well as technical support to APAC origins in order to achieve the highest service quality and prevent potential service failures
l Responsible for overseeing operational performance for key customers in the APAC region. The role should focus on meeting customer SOP and achieving KPI performance targets.
l Liaise with country operational teams to deliver solutions to meet demands of the business, improve network and operational efficiencies, reduce costs and streamline efforts to deliver Supply Chain solutions.
l Pursue continuous improvement, eliminating the need to reinvent solutions and to reduce the overall overhead budget.
l Compile operational KPI reports from across the region and develop key status summaries to communicate Ocean+ business performance for key customers to a wider business audience across ASAP and globally. Document the KPI process by which the Ocean+ team will continuously capture operational performance information across all relevant geographies in the Asia Pacific region.
l Coordinate the resolution of operational issues for specific customers
l Serve as an expert for championing operational service excellence across the region and globally. Document and communicate operational process improvements and case studies achievements.
l Introduce best practices operational performance across Ocean+ implementations.
l Demonstrate a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness.
l Identify and communicate operational training needs for Asia origin countries.
