JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible to set goals / budget (KPI) for Sea Busines;
2. Analysis rail business market and set workable business strategy and action plan;
3. Synergize the strengths among CMA CGM groups to enlarge business opportunity;
4. Build up good relationship with carrier and/or its agent in order to drive competitive price;
5. Build up profound customer portfolio and establish good relationship with them;
6. Aggressively work to be invited and participate in customers’ Bid/ Tender;
7. Be sensitive to market change / update and give prompt feedback to his manager;
8. Actively response to any sales lead with innovative solution;
9. Designs adequate solutions for customers based on the input of Sales;
10. Work with his team to drive expected sales growth;
11. Proactively expand our customer portfolio and speed up the new customer acquisition by working closely with other teams;
12. Ensure customer data and segmentation for the geography is managed and maintained;
13. Provide sales performance report and analysis to branch manager, as well as business insights;
14. Willing to learn from other team member in their Sales activities and best practice to improve his/herself in sales knowledge / skills / productivity.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
1. University degree, major in business preferred;
2. At least 4 years work experience of forwarding company in sales department; Experience/knowledge in inter-continental business is a must;
3. Have wide connection with carriers;
4. Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills, with non-mother language;
5. Fluent English, in both written and speaking;
6. Very customer focus mindset;
7. Result oriented and able to take pressure;
8. Excellent business sense with good analytical skills;
9. Ability to take ownership and set own goals and priorities;
10. Has wide customer connection;
11. Like to work as a team and willing to share with team members.
