Overall Position Description
· Customer Care assistant works inside office to support sales team to achieve sales target and implement direct sales via phone call. Be customer (internal & external) facing point of contact for Center through phone call via CRM system, mainly handle order processing, market campaign follow up and in house sales. This position report to Customer Care Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
· Qualify customer information;
· Create quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and follow up;
· Follow up payment and shipment;
· Follow up campaigns and tradeshows;
· Calling customers actively to get orders directly;
· Improve customer satisfaction via phone call solution;
Specific Job Skills
· Skillful in ERP and CRM:
· Skillful with Microsoft office(excel, word, outlook);
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers (Chinese and English);
· Able to work efficiently under pressure
· Able to work independently and make effective calls
Education and Experience
· Bachelor degree;
· 3 years working experience as customer care field;
· Experience in ERP or CRM is preferred
