职位描述：
Summary
? This position reporting to the China Country Manager, responsible for designing, executing, analyzing and optimizing selected Business Unit's Digital Marketing Programs to increase web traffic, lead generation and overall awareness in China.
? Work closely with multiple stakeholders to actively influence, decide and execute on the best options for this initiative.
? The role will include significant interaction with multiple functional levels, different geographic locations and some international travel will be required.
Main Responsibilities:
? Assist Business Units with implementation of Chinese websites
? Support the AMETEK Business Units in China with planning, designing, executing, analyzing and optimizing website performance for Chinese customers
? Assist Business Units with collateral localization
? Assist Business Units with implementation of email marketing systems
? Increase AMETEK Business Units' organic and paid search results in China through Baidu SEO and SEM programs
? Assist Business Units with the creation of WeChat application, Youku channels and other relevant social media marketing tactics
? Analyze and benchmark Marketing Automation and Email marketing programs and provide expertise to the AMETEK Business Units on how to optimize results for China.
? Track and report on the economic benefits of digital marketing campaigns in China by establishing key perforamnce indicators (KPI) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics.
? Analyze marketing programs and identifying areas of improvement to continuously increase the return of investment.
Qualifications:
? Academic degree and 3-5 years experience within Digital Marketing
? Baidu Adwords and Analytics Qualification and/or strong working knowledge of Baidu Analytics, AdWords, Display and Search Engine Optimization
? Strong understanding of CMS (ideally Sitecore) and CRM (ideally Salesforce) plaforms
? Working knowledge of databases, SQL, email marketing and/or Marketing Automation tools are major advantages

? Experience in B2B Marketing of technical products
