Basic Requirement

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish credit card direct sales team
- Lead sales team to deliver business goal
- Conduct team training, motivation and coaching to improve sales productivity
- Lead and coach team to deliver excellent service and ensure sales quality
- Work with product manager in sales training, process and fulfillment
- Build risk concept to sales team to cooperate with risk management to maintain satisfied service quality
- Ensure sales activities are conducted within the approved compliance and regulatory framework


KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent sales coaching skill and management skill
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales or 1 year sales management experience in credit card/ insurance/ personal loan or related finance products
- Excellent service and working attitude, able to perform under pressure, is sales driven and able to motivate and coach effective
- Strategic in thinking, meticulous and disciplined in execution
- Possess knowledge of risk managemen
