职位描述：

General:
1. Oversee the facility setup. Tracking activities and progress against detail project plans. Monitoring project spending against project budgets. Prepare status report for communication with stakeholders.
2.Lead the AG doll operation, include manufacturing, daily production planning and maintenance. Ensure operation can meet the schedule requirement and budget constraints.
Special
3. Build a culture in own team to embrace accountability and continuous improvement
Supervisory Responsibilities
4. Lead and manage project teams during the setup stage
5. Lead the AG doll operation

Education / Experience and Attributes
Education Level:
Bachelor’s Degree of above in Mechanical engineering or related discipline

Working Experience / Training:
Setup of manufacturing facility
At least 5 years’ experience at managerial level of running a manufacturing operation

Skills / Certified License / Job Knowledge
Project Management certification
Good analytical and problem solving skills
General knowledge of international standard in construction & electrical. Contractor administration.
Familiar with local safety standard
Lean manufacturing techniques and processes
Good interpersonal communication skills
Good command of English
Use of Microsoft project, Excel & PowerPoint
