We’re looking for a professional certified engineer with experience in audio system to grow with one of the German/ Europe largest brands, for our subsidiary in China/ Shenzhen.

What you’ll need: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS


? Tests according to international standards on audio products (i.e. headphones, speaker, radio, microphone, boom box) & audio accessories
? Electrical, mechanical and climatic behaviour of audio products
? Familiar with test apparatus for audio products and audio systems
? You also eligible to read and check the circuit diagrams, board of material and so on
? Definition and implementation of quality requirements for audio products from the first stage of the design till the manufacturing
? Written and spoken English would be helpful, Putonghua is a must
? knowledge of quality management systems
? knowledge in applications for quality testing, problem analysis / solutions
? quality-oriented, structured and focused way of working

? At least three years’ quality control experience especially for audio products
? Testing and functional testing of finished and semi-finished products; including of creation of test plans is one of your tasks.
? Work with suppliers to improve capabilities on certain projects, solve problems on specific cases and handle claims
? Evaluate potential and existing suppliers’ ability to meet HAMA® (European) standards by overseeing quality assessments and audits
? Carry out data analysis to support supplier performance monitoring and decision-making
? Halt production or shipments if critical quality or safety issues are found

The incumbent must be performing his/ her duties of a professional certified quality engineer with experience in all kind of audio products in an excellent manner. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:

Working conditions
The incumbent receives a flexible working time and additional allowance on a daily basis. Salary and allowance is paid on a basis of the local law and regulation, such as housing fund and other obligations.

Sensory Demands
The incumbent must spend the working time in intense concentration. The incumbent must also spend time on the computer entering information which requires attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

Mental Demands
There are a number of deadlines associated with this position, which may cause significant stress. The incumbent must also deal with a wide variety of people on various issues.
