职位描述：
1.Responsible for oversight, planning and scheduling of facility renovations, repair, utility operations and support to include telecommunications, heat, electricity etc. Will evaluate contractors and arrange work and supervision of contractor services. Will ensure the integrity of the facility and buildings including, utility operation, maintenance, safety and cleanliness are continuously supported 24/7. To develop and maintain written policies and procedures for the operation and maintenance of the facility, buildings, and utilities.
2.Will provide Waste Water Treatment Plant operational oversight.
3.Will supervise facility maintenance staff responsible for maintenance of the utility equipment, the buildings and infrastructure; provide the preventive maintenance and calibration for all equipment, both process and utility; maintain the tools and equipment for performing those maintenance tasks and ensure all safety guidelines are followed.
4.Will supervise utility operations, to provide the necessary technical expertise to operate all utility equipment at the facility and to ensure constant operation for 24/7/365 operations.
5.To supervise custodial services to support both the administration and office areas as well as the laboratories and cGMP facilities; cGMP cleaning operations will be performed before manufacturing starts their day; this group also provides support for the cGMP laundry service.
6.Will provide supervision of daily operation and monitoring of the BMS/EMS systems.
7.Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
8.Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
9.Allocate office space according to needs
10.Keep financial and non-financial records
11.Perform analysis and forecasting


Requirements
1.At least 10 years’ experience with biopharmaceutical or related industry facility management and international cGMP regulations to include USFDA and EMA.
2.Well-versed in technical/engineering/cGMP operations and facilities management best practices
3.Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5.Excellent organizational and leadership skills
6.Good analytical/critical thinking
7.BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
8.Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage
