职位描述：
This role performs duties as below: (工作地点香港）
Pre-sales
Cooperate with Sales team by getting involved in sales activities at pre-sales phase
Closely work with Production team to submit business proposal
Build close customer engagement and follow up contracts and invoice settlement
Project Management
Efficiently manage full-lifecycle of projects including business requirements, project planning, implementation, monitor and control, risk handling, project roll-out and customer validation to ensure a streamlined process
Give visibility to the Management Team in terms of team availability and projects steps achievements.
Assign new projects to Project Managers, and make sure that the contracts and objectives are clears and realistic for the Project Managers.
Responsible for project process improvement and project management documentation
Client Management
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
Continually define ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Team Management
Organize regular meetings with Project Managers to review project status and address potential issues if possible
Monitoring Project Managers work and bringing solution to improve the efficiency of the team
Participate in all programs and enforces all policies relating to performance evaluations and career development planning

This role needs to have
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
Strong experience in web project management process
Strong communication skills to work with international clients and understand their needs
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients with different backgrounds

This role needs to be
Fluent in English to communicate not only with internal team, but also clients
