Job Description
-Placement and service of D&O/ PI and other specialty policies
-Provide support to Shanghai team including research, information collection, news update and information update/consolidation etc.
-Prepare presentation materials
-Prospecting - researching and contacting prospects
-Other assignment from team leader


Expected Experiences:
Over two years of front-end experience relevant to insurance, insurance broker and/or client servicing (financial industry preferred)

Education & Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above
-Legal background
-Chinese Insurance Broker License & Pass National Lawyer examination (preferred)

Skills & Knowledge
-Familiar with financial line insurance products
-Good computer skills
-Familiar with China or US securities laws and regulations (preferred)

Personal Competencies
Quantity of clients serviced;
Quality and technical sophistication of program design and placement;
Client satisfaction and retention rate of existing clients;
Effectiveness of carrier relations management;
Contribution to new product and new service launch;
Degree of participation and effectiveness in opportunity conversion and new business generation.

Other Requirements
-Good command of English and Chinese
