Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and improve our infrastructure and daily tasks;

2. Assist the team for their IT needs under the supervision of the IT manager;

3. Assist remotely for the preparation and deployment of our solutions for customers;

4. Able to define and manage Microsoft SQL database backups and maintenance plans;

5. Provide information on job status, maintain logs and update applicable corporate systems;

6. Troubles tickets resolved and/or services are provisioned within defined time requirements to meet company quality standards;

7. Ensure network reliability, preventative maintenance routines and administration reponsibilities are completed accurately and timely.
