Purpose:
Provide effective sourcing, procurement and supply chain management to support the global business, manage risks and reduce costs.


Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management
- To rationalise the supplier base; build, own and develop highly productive relationships with best-fit suppliers
- Analyse / evaluate supply market and develop key supply partners located in low cost sourcing locations.
- Purchasing NPI and customer RFQ ownership.
- Negotiate, Implement, document and audit supplier Contracts
- Apply JIT/ Lean philosophy in line with business objectives throughout strategic supplier responsibilities
- Identify and implement cost down opportunities across supply base
- Support continuous improvement and a quality culture against pre-defined measures and performance criteria

Personal Requirements:
*Must possess a minimum of 5~7 years' experience in a Purchasing/Supply chain environment, associated with lean supply chain methods.
*Experience should encompass a working knowledge of global sourcing practices and global inventory / logistics methodologies.
*Must possess professional qualification in Purchasing/supply chain management, or be working towards it.
*High fluency of both English and Mandarin.
*Willingness to travel regionally and globally
