职位描述
工作职责:
1. 负责发展和管理eBay 品牌大商户在eBay上的业务:
a) 负责新加入eBay进行销售的品牌大商户能快速开展eBay业务,了解销售规则和技巧,并实行相应的运作来加快销售规模的增长;
b) 与品牌大商户保持良好沟通;
c) 了解品牌大商户现有业务的情况,并监管和审核其运营状况及未来趋势;
d) 定期分析其发展瓶颈并提供有针对性的建议来促进销售增长。
e) 了解品牌大商户的产品特点,能根据eBay的促销机会提供合适的产品推荐。
f) 帮助品牌大商户了解eBay市场的分类和产品趋势、并有效拓展新的销售机会。
2. 负责维护eBay品牌大商户的安全性和稳定性:
a) 及时向eBay 品牌大商户传授相关政策等信息;
b) 监管账户运营情况,告知卖家良好的网上交易的规范,避免发生不良买家体验的的在线交易;
c) 引导卖家了解相关违规政策,防止卖家因此对自己和买家造成损失;
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历,英语读、写流利,CET-6及以上;
2.具有五年以上相关工作经验, 电子商务、咨询和快速消费品行业经验优先。
3.了解和熟悉电子商务业内环境及销售模式;
4.熟练使用MS Office,尤其是excel,Powerpoint;

b) 良好的领导能力,对工作积极主动有热情;

Top Seller Account Manager (work in eBay)
Job description
1.Grow seller business on eBay
a)Responsible for key account business growth and site business growth;
b)Lead on account issue solving escalation and leverage multiple team effort to overcome key account churn; Improve, monitor and consultant key account Trust & Safety issues to grow sustainable business;
c)Scale up Key Account activity by business diagnosis including policy training, introducing efficient tools, and improving selling skills;
d)Share key account resource, indentify and facilitate of potential partnerships;
e)Organize platform change, policy update, promotion & Campaign communication through multiple channel; (e.g. direct mails, offline seminars, etc);
f)Lead the cross-functional projects involved multiple departments or teams
2.eBay branded seller education and communication
a)Deliver eBay policy and product change messages to branded sellers
b)Monitor seller metrics in Trust & Safety. Alert sellers with downward performance and educate them for improvement.
c)Educate sellers that violated policies and prevent them from future violation
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above; good English reading and writing with CET 6 above;
2.5+ year working experience in sales or account management; experience on e-commerce, consulting or FMCG is preferred;
3.Know well of e-commerce industry and business module;
4.Skillful in Excel and PowerPoint;
5.Preferred characteristics:
a)Customer oriented, have good communication skill;
b) Strong leadership, initiative and passion;
c)Quick learner, can work under pressure; responsible and committed to all seller related issues;
d)Good team player.
