职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
? Regular data analysis of financial, sales and supply chain metrics;
? Create reporting utilities, management reports, spreadsheet models, process flows, and ad-hoc queries to support business analysis;
? Facilitate business process standardization and improvements.
? Identify root causes and present findings and recommendations to drive key business decisions.
? Work with cross-functional teams to design and drive implementation.
? Assist and support business administration and contract management documentation.
? Ensure that all relevant business documentation is updated in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent in related technology.
? 3+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role.
? Experience in dashboard development using data visualization tools such as Power BI. Ability and desire to learn quickly.
? Familiar with consumer electronics and product development process a plus.
? Strategic problem solving skills, project management skills, high attention to details, presentation skills, and organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
? Flexibility in response to change.
? Advanced knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office tools (MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Sharepoint, etc…), SQL database applications, or Access. Oracle knowledge preferred.
? Communication (verbal and written in English, and Mandarin) and interpersonal skills. 举报 分享
