Scope of position:
This position’s primary responsibilities are to deepen company’s commercial penetration in smart phone and panel market in China.
Requirement:
B.S.E.E and above;
Technical background is preferred;
Must have at least 15 years progressive sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior management position driving sales strategies by leading a team of sales, customer service and field application engineering effectively and successfully in China semiconductor industry;
Have rich resources and relationships with key China smartphone makers (like Huawei, Xioami, ZTE, Oppo, Vivo);
Have account knowledge across all Lenovo locations and BU’s (PC, Smartphone, Tablet);
Must be a result-oriented team player, solutions creator. The candidate should be able to initiate new ideas and drive them to results;
Ability to build relations and drive customers and partners on senior level to adopt our technologies and products;
Must be global in outlook and an outstanding communicator between eastern and western culture. Proficiency in English is mandatory;
Must possess strong negotiation skills, influencing skills and an ability to remain objective and firm in difficult business situations;
Good interpersonal skills.
