职位描述：
工作职责：

A. 配合顾问制定人才寻访计划并付诸实施；
B. 明确访寻方向和目标，并进行人才访寻及电话面试；
C. 与候选人初步沟通职位信息，协助顾问对候选人进行候选人评估、推荐、面试辅导和项目跟进，并进行相关信息资料整理；
D. 协助顾问维护客户服务工作；维护客户关系，与客户建立长期的、互利的合作；
E. 协助顾问拓展新的客户，保持行业情况和信息的更新，提供潜在业务拓展信息；

任职要求：

A. 全日制大专以上学历，1年以上工作经历；
B. 工作积极主动，自律性强;性格外向；
C. 具备一定的抗压能力；
D. 工作认真仔细，英语熟练；
