职位描述：
Responsibility/工作职责：

1、 负责公司产品售前、售后的技术支持工作，梳理公司整体售后流程；
2、 梳理并优化售后服务流程规范，撰写400售后电话的用户咨询指导书。
3、 根据产品特性撰写售后问题处理操作指南，协助拍摄基础性售后维修视频。
4、配合其它部门，尤其是销售部客服做好售后知识培训工作；
5、负责为用户和公司定期撰写技术报告和问题分析文档。
6、协助用户处理好咨询、返修等售后相关问题；
7、负责完成客诉预警机制的建立，制定客诉响应机制及不同分类客诉的处理流程。

Qualification/任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历,英语熟练;
2、至少3年以上售后相关工作经验，1年售后团队管理经验；
3、对售后服务流程熟悉；
4、有一定的客诉处理经验和技巧。 举报 分享
