职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
？ Perform analysis of product category performance versus plan: monthly profit by product category and region; revenue growth vs. market trends; long term growth / decline per product category; and revenue by region and sales channel.
？ Prepare ROIs calculation for New Product Introductions (NPIs).
？ Manage Global Product Development department budget and project budgets including: departmental expenses, project costs and capital expenses.
？ Analyze NPI performance against ROIs and annual plan.
？ Monthly engineering and product category spending tracking and forecast.
？ Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities.
？ Provide continuous product development financial process improvement.
？ Ad hoc analyses of labor hours and labor costs, non-reoccurring expenses, capital spending during and after New Product Introductions.
？ Liaise with other Harman divisions on inter-company topics.
？ Support for maintenance of global pricing policy.
Basic Qualifications:
？ Proven 5-8 years of working experience in a dynamic and fast changing multinational corporation
？ Industry experience with the consumer electronics or consumer products companies; exposure to New Product Development or New Product Introduction (NPD or NPI) processes.
？ Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
？ Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
？ Knowledge and experience of SAP preferred
？ Excellent communication skills (both in English & Chinese, written & verbal)
？ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
？ Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex tasks and conflicting priorities
？ Good time - management skill to meet the tight schedule and deadline
？ Motivated and proactive
