工作职责

Main Responsibilities:
Customer
- Master complete BASIC JOB KNOWLEDGE and have a customer friendly attitude
- To make sure all the picking articles are accurate and well-packed without damage
- Clearly communicate the pick-up routine to customers, and confirm all the hand-outs to customers in a professional and friendly way
- Always deal with customer inquiry or complaints in a friendly and efficient way
- Follow up and monitor the service standards execution from SP to secure SP providing customers efficient and friendly service

Commercial / business
- To provide an efficient handout service from in-store W/H to customers in a professional & friendly way
- To secure a waiting time of handout in align with global standard: 7+1 by efficient services
- To provide an efficient &efficient picking service to customers in a professional & friendly way
- Ensure the accuracy of picking service by highly efficient work
- Take the active responsibility to monitor and manage the SP in a good way in align with the agreement in service contract, which ensure the service level at all time according to sales’ need
- Secure a high SISAN level in the working areas not only owned by IKEA but also SP maintenance of working area all times
- Make sure the area is clean and ready for store opening every day
- Inspection of all devices & tools to make sure they are in tip-top condition

People
- Work with other functions to improve the service level of hand out for customers
- Value other colleagues’ ways of working and learn from those who work differently
- Pass on knowledge to colleagues and encourage them to do the same
- Keep colleagues informed so that they can perform their roles effectively
- Responsible for own development and look for line manager to support in improving competence
- To provide guidance about IKEA's products and services for ESP coworkers

Financial
- Have an overview of the store and customer relations action plan and understand how our after sales action plan supports this
- Looks for more effective ways of working to reduce cost
- Understand the impact of this roles’ actions on the financial results of the roles’ area and know which results have influence over and how to balance this with the needs of customers
- To understand picking service fee standard

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The After Sales co-worker has the responsibility to actively create the conditions for a successful shopping experience through securing the highest possible level of customer service in the areas of responsibility:
Fast and friendly full serve handout service if store has a handout function
To provide an efficient picking service from in-store to customers in a professional & friendly way.
Take the active responsibility to monitor and manage the service providers (SP) in a good way in align with the agreement in service contract, which ensure the service level at all time according to sales’ need
