Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
?University graduate, major in English, Administration or a Financial discipline with CET 6. TEM 8 is preferred.
?An accounting or engineering team background is highly desirable.
?Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
?Demonstrated ability to deal with Financial systems and issues
?Honest and forthright personality.
?Ability to keep confidential company information secure.
?Excellent computer skills proficiency, ability to learn a variety of financial and issue tracking systems. Must know Microsoft Office, including a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
?Ability to work through ambiguities in a fast paced changing environment.
?Goal oriented personality with the ability to successfully get projects, large and small, done on time.

Primary Responsibilities:
?Provide full range of administrative support to the expatriate Vice President Engineering.
?Coordination of Engineering department activities, meetings, travel arrangements and schedules, for employees and external partners.
?Will work on financial matters relating to the group and the LES finance team, such as budget creation and monthly actuals analysis, Purchasing Requests and follow up, Capital Expense Requests.
?Support in on boarding new employees and insuring they’re in the IT systems.
?Coordination of confidential documentation within the team and with external partners.
?Must be able to maintain a relationship with administrative staff of the other NSC and LES Executive team members, including the MD of LES and the CEO NSC administrative staff.
?Coordination of legal documentation, such as NDAs and Contracting agreements with the US legal team.
?Ability to drive and effectively manage special projects for the department with budget and time constraints. 举报 分享
