职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责相关账号的销售与管理，及时处理客户邮件，提高客户满意度。
2、完善店铺各种政策与制度，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度。
3、有良好的团队合作精神，管理和发展好网上销售平台，确保订单的按时完成。
4、承接、处理客户订单，并跟踪订单进展状况，确保订单的按时完成。
5、熟悉产品与平台销售政策，控制产品风险，拟定合理的产品上架计划，增强公司品牌在该销售平台的知名度与美誉度。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，大学英语CET6或者英语专四以上，1-3年亚马逊销售经验。
2、有亚马逊销售家居类、户外产品类、成人用品工作经验优先考虑。
3、沟通能力强，能独立解决各种客户问题，包括咨询，售后，处理投诉等。
4、有良好的团队精神和服务意识，诚实守信，做事脚踏实地，应变能力强，对电子商务、外贸有兴趣和激情。
5、具有高度责任心，能承受一定工作压力。 举报 分享
