KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Possess with technical knowledge regarding mechanical Engineering design, process and raw materials. Able to read the project drawings individually and talk to the suppliers for the detail then make the proper decision.

Understand the manufacturing process, and know how to talk to the suppliers for cost saving and quality control.

Able to judge and analyze the costs that factory offer is reasonable/reliable or not.

Who must be with positive attitude on work. Willingness to take responsibility for any assigned tasks.

Willingness to work flexible schedule and travel for extended time periods.

Possess with excellent written and verbal communication skill in both Chinese and English.

Willing to cooperate with other colleagues and do the teamwork. Shares also exchange the experience to colleagues for continuous improvement for on going projects.

Willing to accept the supervisor's instruction and monitor for any projects/tasks.

Preferred if possess with mathematic statistics knowledge, familiar with QA department operational process and experienced with quality control and document preparation.

Preferred if familiar with ISO9001 system and able to use technical application of quality-related methods such as 8D Report, FMEA, MAS, PPAP & APQP etc.

RESPONSIBILITY:

In charge of the Document control center, make sure all necessary drawings, and relevant documents are up-to-date.

Perform pre-shipment inspection and in-process inspection with any on going projects.

Follow instruction from team leader and work as a team when projects were assigned.

Assist team leaders in new project development and sourcing for new factories.

Provide technical assessment of new products in correspondence to the product quality requirements.

Work with various departments and suppliers regarding product quality issues, and analyze cause and make recommendations for improvement, produce periodic technical assessment reports and documents.

Prepare technical documents and write operating procedures.

Collect, analyze and summary internal quality trend.

Devise testing requirements and procedures based on the drawings, customer product requirements.

Perform technology effectiveness and efficiency assessments based on the quality product specifications
