职位描述
Responsibility
1. Oversee daily order entry activities
2. Be primary contact &escalation point to customers
3. Daily interaction with internal departments to ensure smooth & on time shipment
4. Manage backlog report & minimize backlog value
5. Work closely with customer for order rescheduling to minimize the total inventory
6. Manage EOL process in factory & minimize excess
7. Preparing performance report & host the meeting regularly with customers.
8. Manage & coordinate returns from customers
9. Follow up ECO initiated internal & externally
10. Responsible for OTTR performance
11. Manage customer forecast
Requirements
1. 5+ years experience in order administration/customer service in manufacturing environment
2. Comfortable on phone interacting with customer in English
3. Good writing skill in English
4. O.T. is needed occasionally
5. Excellence customer service skill is a must.
6. People management skill and attention to details.
7. Experience of using Bpcs or QAD is a plus
8. Knowledge of production planning is a plus.
