Job description

* Work with Manager handling each style
* Sourcing and evaluate suppliers
* Price negotiation and order placement
* Follow up the garment orders
* Ensure the suppliers understand buying requests and alterations during the process of production
* Update the oversea buying team regarding order status
* Ensure that Manager and oversea Buyers get accurate information to fulfill their tasks
* Discuss suppliers’ strength & weaknesses with Manager and Oversea Buyers
* Work pro-actively for shorter lead times
* Ensure the product quality meet company standard


Requirements

* University degree (preferable textile specialization)
* Have over 3 years of actual working experiences in garment orders follow up within foreign trading company or buying office
* Experience of Woven or Knitting garment
* Basic knowledge of fabric, workmanship and the production process
* Experience in quality controlling
* Familiar the garment export requirement and standard of US market
* Trading mentality
* Opening mind, good organizer and communicator, supervisory ability
* Good in spoken and written English
* Computer knowledge (Windows, MS office, Outlook Express) 举报 分享
