职位描述
A. Responsibility
1. Check petty cash report/expense claims and operating online banking or any banking-related business
2. Prepare daily cash and bank register
3. Chasing and monitor accounts receivables and prepare weekly aging report
4. Issue VAT invoices and handling the relevant taxation issue
5. Assist to prepare cashflow projections
6. Assist HQ to prepare paper work and file management
7. Other ad hoc assignments from time to time
B. Qualification
1. Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance
2. At least 3 years working experience in the accounting field
3. Familiar with MS-Office, Excel and accounting software
4. Teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and good communication and interpersonal skill
5. Able to work under time pressure and meet deadlines consistently
6. Good command of English is preferred
岗位职责：
- 核对支付资料，负责网上银行，办理银行结算业务；
- 登记银行日记账，编制资金收支日报表；
- 对销售回款的查询及回复，核对及监控销售货款及时回收，编制货款表；
- 负责对外报税、申报、认证、购买发票等对税工作
- 协助编制月度资金计划汇总表；
- 负责财务基础资料、档案的归档管理；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
- 大专及以上学历，财务类相关专业，拥有深圳会计证；
- 3年以上相关工作经验，具有进出口行业工作经验者优先；
- 熟练运用财务软件及MS office, Excel等办公软件；
- 诚信踏实，积极主动，缜密细心，较强的团队合作精神；
- 能于时限内处理并完成工作
- 英文良好.
