职位描述：
Specific responsibilities of the position:
 
1. Take the leadership across operation (ocean/air) team to manage the daily operation.
2. Suppliers and carriers management to maximize gross profit of each shipment.
3. Understand the whole picture of the product, FCL & LCL, Import & Export.
4. Arrange booking with carrier and follow up with the booking confirmation and EDI release. Delegate the whole team to facilitate the operation process with productivity analysis.
5. Lead the team to coordinate with local supplier for the collection of cargo and customs clearance docs; follow up with either trucking company or warehouse for cargo pick up or cargo receipt; confirm customs release with broker and trace for the shipment on board.
6. Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system. Ensure files closing by each month of the GP rolling.
7. Communicate with account owner for SOP, which cover routing instruction, preferred carrier, selling rate, and any special handling instruction.
8. Communicate well with overseas agents and colleagues to settle payment and debit note with profit share.
9. Good communication skill with both overseas colleagues and local suppliers.
10. Good email reply manner, which shall be timely and efficiently

Requirement:
 
1. At least 5 years Industry knowledge for handling procedures of ocean & air freight export & import, FCL & LCL.
2. College or above, CET-6 Skillful communication with internal and external.
3. Good English in both oral and written.
4. Above 5 years work experiences, the background for global forwarder will be preferable.
