Requirements应聘条件：

- University graduate;

- Min 5 years working experience in the toy industry;

- Min 3 years working experience in the QC supervisor position, multinational company background preferred;

- Good communication and supervisory skills;

- Good understanding of QC principles and applications;

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

- Strong problem-solving skills;

- Self motivated, detail-minded and have strong sense of responsibility;

- Proficient in PC skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.;

- Frequent travelling within China is required.

Core Responsibilities工作职责:

- Manage quality control efforts by ensuring that all products meet product specifications;

- Supervise day to day tasks of the QC inspectors and review and approval for each inspection report;

- General management for the QC dept., including recruitment, training, promotion and optimize efficiency of team work;

- Conduct factory/vendor quality audit and to prepare and draft assessment report;

- Ensure that correction actions are implemented by the vendor;

- Advise on ways to further improve quality or products or manufacturing methods;

- Support to other functions on quality related matters;
- Other tasks assigned by quality director or Spain head-quarter;

- Frequent travelling within China is required.
