共享财务中心 Accounting Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
* Record daily Account Receivable, clearing and reconciliations
* Record daily GL transactions and accounts reconciliations
* Manage and prepare Period End Closing time plans /closing schedule preparation, cooperation with and communication to all stakeholders
* Prepare financial statements for group and statutory. Monitor related our guidelines and business requirements. Deliver the notes and specifications to the reports.
* Deliver periodical sales/inventory/AR and so on. Administer general ledger and BS reconciliations
* Participate in internal and external audits /prepare required data, able to deliver analyses and explain variances
* Prepare and update work instructions, forms and spread sheets for accounting personnel
* Participate in project for process improvement/change and follow up action plans
* Other assignments
Key Targets and Results
* On-time closing & reporting
Main Requirements
* University degree, bachelor as a minimum, preferably within the area of economics, accounting or business
* Minimum 8 years of professional experience gained in MNC
* Management experience for a team
* Working experience with independent financial reports preparation
* Knowledge of laws & regulations applied to GL process
* Familiar with MS Excel and ERP functions related to GL process
* Good in written and oral English
* Required competences
