职位描述：
1. Job Description
- To act as team leader for new production development.
- Leading New Product Introduction program;
- Technical evaluations, process improvement and reengineering;
- To improve efficiency of currently product projects;
- Sourcing new vendors (for tooling & components) to meeting engineering criteria while reducing cost;
- Handling all technical documents, issue BOM, issue engineering draft through 2D, 3D tools;
- To act as key customer contact point for automotive projects
- To coach engineers in team;
- Other jobs assigned by department manager
2. Requirements:
- Bachelor (or above) degree with Mechanical Engineering related major;
- 6-8 years work experience, (time in foreign company is an advantage);
- Familiar with metal component design and projects, and/or filtration products;
- Strong communication skill,
- Project Management qualification (PMP is preferred;
- Good command of English;
- Familiar with lean production principles, ISO9001/14000 knowledge; familiar with TS16949 will be a significant plus;
- Open- mind, able to undertake work pressure. 举报 分享
