职位描述：
We are looking for a motivated NPI-LCE Senior Functional Excellence Manager to support our team New Product Introduction - Life Cycle Engineering. As NPI-LCE Senior Functional Excellence Manager you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the NPI-LCE new product introduction and maintain process efficiency.

Responsibilities：
* Strategize, architect, select and proof long term Global ADVA manufacturing test technologies driven by ADVA product needs. ？
* Drive activities in researching future test methods and technology by working with other groups in the company and equipment vendors to meet the future product manufacturing demands. ？
* Manage activities related to coordination with PLM, R&D, NPI-LCE, QM and OPS to generate standard manufacturing test system requirements based on customer inputs, industry standards and current technology.
* Plan and organize Functional Excellence Test Technology Evolution projects for NPI-LCE globally in close alignment with NPI-LCE management team. ？
* Owner of the test engineering’s templates that are used globally by product teams, such as PTC, PTM, TSM, TST, etc. ？
* Act as the test system design authority to define the requirements for manufacturing test concept for ADVA products.
* Review the test concepts to ensure they are globally aligned with ADVA’s manufacturing test strategy. ？
* Offer training and presentations on the new manufacturing test technologies to test engineers and NPI-LCE management team.

Requirements
* Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field ？
* Extensive experience in developing telecommunication equipment manufacturing test solutions and industrialization it for use in high volume manufacturing ？
* Data analysis techniques ？
* Effective intercultural, cross disciplines, and cross hierarchy communicator ？
* Be able to travel globally ？
* Must demonstrate high level of ownership and urgency. ？
* Strong understanding of DFM, DFT and manufacturing process required. ？
* Working knowledge with optical test equipment (Digital Communication Analyzer, Optical Spectrum Analyzer, SONET and Ethernet Test Sets) ？
