The candidate will be reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead and implement recruitment strategy and action plans to source key positions and business drivers
· Work closely with business line managers and other HR teams in the China Region to recommend appropriate sourcing strategies and implement aggressive recruitment plan to meet business needs
Primary responsibilities include:
· Management, organization and planning plan for China-based recruiting resources to deliver consistent and timely results;
· Partner with both the various senior business managers and internal HR community;
· Work successfully with members of senior management within the organization as well as develop internal and external networking relationships with talent outside of PB to track key talents
· Manage and oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process including continuous feedback to and communication with hiring managers;
· Build the company's brand in the region through marketing and creative advertising;
· Personally be involved in recruitment process for any key executive positions;
· Engage in workforce planning and forecasting;
· Measure recruitment service level, metrics, and results of spending; maintain relationships with internal and external contacts; develop resources for future recruitment needs;
· Keep up to date with current China employment legislation and policies and ensuring that recruiters and line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes;
· Develop pro-active recruitment strategies for future business needs;
· Strategic thinker with the ability to execute on assignments;
· Utilize consultative approach with hiring managers;
· Familiarity with state-of-the art recruiting methodologies and sourcing strategies;
· Ability to work in a high-paced, often virtual, deadline driven culture;
· Update the recruitment progress to senior management periodically
Job requirement
· Degree qualified or equivalent.
· Minimum 8 years experience in HR/Recruiting role preferably from the engineering industry.
· More relevant experience will be considered for a senior position
· Previous executive search experience is advantageous
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in Putonghua and English
