Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

Blending and Filling

To support any quality, environmental and HSSE internal audits as needed. Deliver objectives and fulfill actions as required.

To ensure the operation to meet the requirement of ISO9000, ISO14001 and ISO18001

Ensure that BP Group's HSSE polices and regulations are complied during any Blending and filling operation at all the times.

Ensure the operation meet with Standard Operating Procedure for blending and filling processes effectively by co-ordinate with warehouse and QA/QC teams;

Continue improving the blending and filling process to seek higher productivity and minimize the operating costs;

To ensure the operators work in a safe and healthful environment

To ensure that blending and filling plan/schedule are followed and fulfilled,

Help technician and operator development, leading as needed. Make sure technicians and operators can get adequate professional guidance and skills from the incumbent.

And any specific tasks assigned by production manager.

To ensure all the expenses happened in filling and jetty is well managed and met the budget plan.

Jetty area

Ensure that BP Group's HSSE polices and regulations are complied during any jetty operation at all the times.

To support any quality, environmental and HSSE internal audits as needed. Deliver objectives and fulfill actions as required.

Arrange and supervise the receiving in business requirements.

To ensure the operation to meet the requirement of ISO9000, ISO14001 and ISO18001,continuing to implement and improve the jetty SOP&WI and physical operation.

Running the Bp-shipping system and verify the vessel condition on E-Vetting & Portclance software.

Coordinate the base oil receive with several team, TC planning and 3rd party during receiving.

Manage working relationship with local authorities & community (JYPC, Local frontier inspection dept, SGS, ect.)

Control the demurrage issue during receive the vessel, and work closely with ship's chief officer.

Provide the 4PT&Adjust report after receiving and investigate the issue for any high loss rate of base oil.

Develop the annual training/improve plan for all the tank farm staffs and contractors. Include arranging the Local landing training by the authorities.

People Management

Requirements:

University education

- 2 years production management experience.

- Can lead and manage projects that deliver significant results.

- People management skills

- Good knowledge of MS office and basic database operation.

- A good communicator, and team worker with the ability and willingness to work closely with others.

- ISO 9000, ISO 14000 knowledge

University education preferably in mechanical or chemical engineering

5 years working experience in plant operation environment
