Advanced Specialist OD Manufacturing

Corporate Division HR Strategy
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

• To implement and co-design HR Management policies, guidelines, systems and OD programs focusing on production areas aiming to conduct best practice for manufactory organizational development

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, manages and supports change processes based on the manufactory department’s strategy / business plan and related projects


• Consults in organizational topics (including structure, FG, MGMT conference) and is responsible for the documentation of organizational structure and flows


• Develops planning scenarios and the required HR concepts


• Controls and monitors the application of appropriate HR tools / methods / process and ensures compliance with HR policy / strategy and legal requirements


• As the direct access channel to the management and supports the leaders in the resolution of manufacturing departments' specific OD issues


• Ensures the quantitative and qualitative organization development target fulfillment to support business target


• Develops the department and its associates from HR OD perspective actively, e.g. ES follow-up and implementation


• Build up a tight network with all relevant functions of the Departments and HR


• Other projects and assignments in case of business requirement and demanding

Qualifications

• University degree in HR or Business Administration or Science


• Overall Knowledge of HR modules (Staffing, C&B, Pofo MGMT, T&D and China Labor Law)


• Knowledge of HR prevalent tools / concept (grading evaluation, structure design, idea management)


• Experienced on concept shaping and implementation of change process, change management and leading change


• Skills with communication, business relationship building & development and activity / meeting design & facilitation


• Competency of Corporate value champion, business acumen, planning & organization, fast-learning, drive for excellence


• Authentic and convincing (even under pressure from top management)


• Open minded: needs to think across existing solutions, cultural differences and hierarchy without losing focus on supporting the mid and long term success of the business


• Be proficient in English, German would be an advantage


• Minimum of three years’ experience as HR generalist in an international company, preferred in manufactory industry, 4-6 Years


• Solid experience with Training and Development, 1-3 Years


• Solid experience with HR related innovative projects, 1-3 Years
