Advanced Specialist Bank Administration

Corporate Division Treasury

Division, located in Shenyang/China

Employment – full time

Tasks

• Implementation and maintenance of the treasury management system, handling the confirmation and document preparation of treasury activities (loans, deposit and foreign exchange transactions, etc.), responsible for treasury processes monitoring, internal and external audit, bank account reconciliation, petty cash physical count, and other tasks that Treasury Operations Manager delegates from time to time

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation and maintenance of treasury management system


• Dealing with the bank confirmation of treasury activities (loans, deposits and foreign exchange transactions, etc.)


• Review the input of treasury activities in the treasury system


• Preparation of other documents required for treasury activities


• Bank account reconciliation


• Support the line manager to monitor the PI/WI


• Supervise the physical count of petty cash


• Responsible to purchase the cheque or T/T bills for daily bank payment


• Manage the G/L account of bank in SAP, including application, change and cancellation, and regular review


• Support the internal and external audit and coordinate with other related team or departments


• Participate in the company or department project and play an valuable role based on position and experience


• Other tasks that line manager assigns from time to time

Qualifications

• Major in Finance or Accounting / Bachelor Degree or above


• Own Certificate of Accounting Professional


• Familiar with bank transactions, such as deposit, loan and FX trading


• English fluently (verbal and written)


• Proficient in SAP system, especially treasury function related such as bank EDI


• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency and be able to work under great pressure


• Excellent communication skill and team work spirit


• Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint


• Quick learner with flexibility


• Experience in the industrial enterprise or international company, 1-3 Years


• Experience in Treasury business especially related to bank settlement transactions, 1-3 Years
