Assistant Manager Future Talents

Corporate Division Corporate HR & Strategy
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

• To ensure the proper concept, strategy and smooth implementation of Future Talent Programmes in four legal entities within BMW Group China., which aims at bringing qualified young talents to BMW Brilliance Automotive. FTP includes AG Global Leader Development Programme, FastLane China, SpeedUp China, Production Management Trainee, Internship, (detailed in concept design, process improvement, demand confirmation, pre-selection and assessment center, soft-skill training and technical training, buddy programme, regular feedback, evaluation, projects and events and transfer during the whole program period)

Key Responsibilities

• Overall FTP concept design, strategic planning and implementation in four legal entities within BMW Group China


• Yearly and quarterly budget plan for FTP in four legal entities within BMW Group China


• Programme alignment with PZ-AP and BMW AG


• To set up new concept, new process of any new programme and its implementation


• Transparent and aligned communication with counter partner of four legal entities within BMW Group China and PZ-AP


• To present the programme to both internal and external market


• To maintain relationship with cooperation universities


• To motivate and evaluate team members' work performance, provide development opportunity individually


• To build up team structure and work on team development


• To resolve conflicts within the team and with external partners and ensure the businesses are operating in line with collective agreements

Qualifications

• Bachelor/master degree


• Knowledge of national education system, strategic planning of programmes and activities


• Knowledge and understanding of training operation systems and principles


• Knowledge of managing a team including set target, business management and people management


• Knowledge of budget planning and control


• Proficient English


• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with a high level of motivation and initiative


• Analytical mind with a positive attitude, willing to work under pressure and tight deadline


• Background in HR field, 4-6 Years


• Experience with leading people, 1-3 Years


• Experience with training and qualification project, 1-3 Years
