Advanced Specialist Reporting and Planning

Employment – full time



Tasks



  • To design and develop HR Overall reporting and planning framework and instrument focused on HR long-term strategy in terms of Manpower, Benchmark and planning activates, with solidified analysis for further decision making of Top Management

Key Responsibilities



  • Design, develop and implement HR overall reporting and planning framework and instrument with solidified analysis and forecast on the long-term focus

  • Ensure HR strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards

  • Develops planning scenarios and the required HR concepts

  • Define  and development quantifiable HR KPI with the systematic comparison with external benchmark to ensure processes are put in place to continually improve operating efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction of internal management and associate level

  • Actively interface with business management and HR Partner to discoverer business needs and solutions as well as to incorporate with HR strategy planning and programs deployment

  • Keep close eyes on China market intelligence/ benchmarking with timely key findings, focus on China labor market, business expansion and critical topics of talent attraction, retention and organizational effectiveness

  • Build up a tight network with all relevant functions of the business department and external consultancy, industry institutes and government bureau

  • Other projects and assignments in case of business requirement and demanding

Qualifications



  • University degree in HR or Business Administration or Science

  • Overall Knowledge of HR modules (Planning, C&B, Pofo Mgmt, T&D and China Labor Law)                                              

  • Knowledge of HR prevalent tools / concept (grading evaluation,  structure design, idea management)     

  • Experienced on concept shaping and implementation of change process, change management and leading change                                                   

  • Skills with communication, business relationship building & development and activity / meeting design & facilitation

  • Competency of Corporate value champion, business acumen, planning & organization, fast-learning, drive for excellence                    

  • Authentic and convincing (even under pressure from top management)

  • Open minded: needs to think across existing solutions, cultural differences and hierarchy without losing focus on supporting the mid and long term success of the business

  • Be proficient in English, German would be an advantage

  • Solid experience in key HR functions including staffing and recruitment, C&B compensation and benefits, training and development and organizational effectiveness, with at least 5 years’ working in a managerial role in MNC  preferred in manufactory industry, 7-10 Years

  • Solid experience with analytic tool application (progression line / trend, statistics / figure acumen), 4-6 Years

  • Solid experience with HR related innovative projects, 1-3 Years
