Advanced Specialist Supplier Management

Corporate Division Strategy & Logistics
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

• Manage and monitor all service provider relevant issues to ensure a good quality in the finished vehicle logistics


• Follow up escalation topics in regards of supplier performance

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance


• Ensure implementation of best practice to all Suppliers


• Follow up on supplier relevant topics within Finished Vehicle Logistics


• Ensure knowledge of the market for finished vehicle processes (supplier screening)


• Organize monthly supplier review


• Ensure transparent communication of standards and general information to the supplier


• Follow up of supplier relevant escalations


• Supplier strategy and network


• Owner of supplier change process

Qualifications

• Master degree / graduated in logistics


• Knowledge of logistic processes


• Knowledge about logistics service provider market china


• Skills with standard office PC applications (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)


• Self-initiative, negotiating skills and communication skills


• Proficient English language knowledge written and spoken, German would be an advantage


• Knowledge of legal requirements for service providers


• Supplier management in logistics environment (preferred automobile), 4-6 Years
